1. Digital Fonts Are Licensed, Not Sold
Digital font files are licensed, not sold. Any use of EntasisType Font Software is governed by the applicable EULA and the licence selected at purchase.

Digital Delivery & Withdrawal
This policy applies to digital font files, downloadable font software and related digital licence rights purchased from EntasisType. Physical products are covered separately by Shipping & Returns.

2. Delivery Method
Digital font files are delivered electronically through secure download links after payment authorisation and licence validation.
3. Secure Download Links
Download links may be temporary, limited, tokenised or otherwise protected to prevent unauthorised access or redistribution.
4. Immediate Delivery Consent
Before completing a purchase of digital font files, the customer must expressly request immediate delivery during the statutory withdrawal period.
5. Loss of Withdrawal Right
By requesting immediate delivery and completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that they lose their statutory right of withdrawal once the download link is made available or the digital delivery process has started.
6. Failed Delivery or Defective Files
This does not affect the customer’s legal rights in case of defective files, failed delivery, duplicate billing, incorrect files or unauthorised payment transactions.
7. No Unauthorised Distribution
Download links and font files must not be shared, resold, uploaded publicly, transferred or distributed outside the terms of the applicable EULA.
