This policy applies only to physical products purchased from the EntasisType Store, such as typographic prints, posters, specimens, apparel or limited objects. Digital font files are licensed separately and are governed by the EULA and Digital Delivery & Withdrawal terms.

This policy applies to physical goods only. Digital font licences, downloadable files and custom type services are not physical products.
Production model: all currently listed Store products are produced on demand after payment. They are not personalised unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
Current shipping area: mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and supported EU destinations shown in checkout. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, French overseas territories and destinations outside the EU are not available through online checkout.
For an unsupported destination, contact info@entasistype.com for an individual quotation before purchasing.
Shipping charges include packaging and a small handling reserve. They depend on the delivery destination, the number of parcels and the packed weight. The secure checkout shows shipping, applicable taxes and the final total before payment.
Products are made to order. Unless a different delivery period is agreed before purchase, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract.
Any future delivery estimate will distinguish preparation from transit. If a delay is expected, EntasisType will contact the customer.
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase of a physical product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact info@entasistype.com with the order number, customer name, email and a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase. You may use this model notice: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for the sale of [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please use protective packaging for returns; the absence of the original packaging does not by itself remove your statutory withdrawal right.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Return address: EntasisType, Calle Julián Gayarre, 16, 2A, 28014 Madrid, Spain.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact EntasisType with the order number and reasonable evidence of the issue. This does not affect the legal guarantee rights available to consumers under applicable Spanish and EU consumer law.
Standard Store products are produced on demand but are not made to the customer’s specifications. The 14-day withdrawal right therefore applies. Only products expressly identified and purchased as personalised may be excluded from withdrawal where permitted by applicable consumer law.
